Office of Mir Ahadul Islam

The Office of Mir Ahadul Islam is a remote working organisation built around one purpose: keeping his creative work, communications and projects moving smoothly. Every department has its own responsibility, while working closely with Mir and with one another. The current office structure is as follows.

2 Keepers of Correspondence

The first point of contact for incoming communication. They manage emails, calls, messages and other enquiries, making sure each matter reaches the appropriate person or department.

Press Office

1 Keeper of Correspondence

Handles press releases, media communication and other press-related matters, coordinating with Mir and the relevant teams when required.

Artist Team

5 Members

A creative team working directly with Mir. The team currently includes singers, illustrators and other artists who discuss ideas with him and create work according to the needs of each project.

Business & Marketing

Supports marketing, collaborations, business communication and related projects, working closely with Mir and external contacts.

Tech Team

3 Keepers of Correspondence

Responsible for the technical side of the office. This includes building and maintaining websites, managing digital workflows, providing technical support, developing internal systems and handling code and other technology required by the office.

How the Office Works

The teams work independently within their responsibilities while staying connected. Communication comes through the appropriate department, information is passed to the people who need it, and projects move forward through collaboration. The structure is designed to keep Mir Ahadul Islam’s creative work focused while ensuring that communication, production, business, technology and administration are properly managed around it.
